Thank you for attending a Staying Safe Refresher Course recently.
We are doing this follow-up survey to gather your views about driving since you attended the refresher course. There are no right or wrong answers; we just want to hear your views.
We hope that everyone who has been invited to do this survey will do so, however it is your choice whether or not you do. Note that we do ask for your name again so that we can match your post course assessment with the pre course self-assessment you completed earlier.
Your answers, and even whether you take part, will be kept confidential and no identifying details will be used in our reports. All personal information is protected by Age Concern in accordance
with our privacy statement and with the Privacy Act 2020. Waka Kotahi use the information to help plan future transport needs and ensure that services are available for all New Zealanders.
